We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Executive with 3–6 years of hands-on expertise in LinkedIn marketing, personal branding, and strategic content execution. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end social media initiatives, manage multiple client profiles, and drive measurable brand growth through high-quality content, audience engagement, and strong client communication. This role requires proven experience in LinkedIn strategy, strong design sense, professional copywriting ability, and the capability to guide clients with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. LinkedIn Strategy, Marketing & Personal Branding
- Develop and execute advanced LinkedIn content strategies for audience growth, brand visibility, and lead-generation support.
- Manage personal and brand profiles with consistent posting, engagement, community building, and thought-leadership positioning.
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles for improved reach, credibility, and search visibility.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance personal brands and strengthen executive presence.
2. Content Creation, Copywriting & Quality Control
- Write professional, concise, and audience-relevant content including posts, carousels, storytelling formats, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Collaborate with designers to develop high-quality creatives aligned with brand tone and objectives.
- Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with platform best practices.
3. Social Media Management & Performance Monitoring
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors.
- Monitor engagement, manage conversations, and maintain a strong brand voice across channels.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Oversee social scheduling, workflow management, and quality assurance across all active profiles.
4. Client Communication & Account Management
- Lead regular review meetings with clients to discuss performance, direction, and deliverables.
- Maintain clear, timely, and proactive communication to understand expectations and manage feedback.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage multiple client accounts professionally while ensuring high satisfaction and timely execution.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Campaign Coordination
- Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to plan and execute social campaigns.
- Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the development of new content formats, campaign ideas, and brand initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of proven experience in social media marketing, specifically with strong LinkedIn expertise.
- Strong understanding of personal branding and B2B content strategies.
- Solid design sense with the ability to suggest or create visual concepts.
- Strong copywriting skills with a professional, conversational, and audience-driven tone.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency with social tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple profiles, prioritize tasks, and work independently with accountability.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to propose new ideas and drive impactful initiatives.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with LinkedIn analytics, lead-generation strategies, and content performance optimization.
- Prior experience working with international clients, founders, or senior executives.
- Understanding of advanced B2B social media frameworks, funnels, and content positioning strategies.
