Key Responsibilities

• Develop effective social media strategies and plans for new projects.
• Create and share monthly social media calendars.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) with consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor comments and messages, ensuring timely and engaging responses.
• Research and participate in relevant groups to boost engagement.
• Increase targeted followers and engagement across all platforms.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (clicks, impressions, engagement, etc.) to optimize content and strategies.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports.
• Write creative captions and select relevant hashtags.
• Use tools such as Canva, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create visually appealing posts, graphics, and reels.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure visual designs align with brand voice and messaging.
• Edit short videos and reels for social media.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Integrate trending topics and viral content into ongoing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ year of proven experience in social media management.
• Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
• Highly creative with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
