Senior Social Media Growth Strategist (Campaigns and Strategy)

EurosHub is a fast-growing technology company delivering innovative digital and business solutions to clients across multiple industries. We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Social Media Strategist to join our on-site team in Rawalpindi.

This role focuses on strategic planning, campaign development, and driving measurable social media growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars with a strong focus on campaigns and growth initiatives
• Design and manage end-to-end social media campaigns from ideation to execution and optimization
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights to improve results
• Identify trends, opportunities, and platform updates to improve reach and performance
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Oversee both organic and paid social media efforts to maximize ROI
• Provide strategic input for branding and digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles
• Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and growing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms
• Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking tools
• Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines efficiently
