This job is an on-site basis in Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, posting engaging content, monitoring performance, conducting content research, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal team. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and publish posts across social media platforms.
• Conduct content research to stay updated with trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
• Prepare and present social media performance reports (weekly/monthly).
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, share updates, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing team for campaign execution.
• Manage team interactions to ensure smooth task flow and timely deliverables.
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to queries, and ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in developing creative ideas for campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
• Assist in shoots and contribute to short-form content creation for social media.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience as a Social Media Marketer or in a similar role.
- Prior experience working at a marketing agency is a must
- Proven ability to handle and communicate with multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and prepare clear performance reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and task management abilities.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Basic videography and photography skills (mobile-based)
- Capability to write creative scripts for short-form reels and video content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
