Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, content leadership, paid campaigns, and analytics — with proven experience in managing social media for real estate or logistics brands. This role requires exceptional creativity, organizational strength, and the ability to convert digital engagement into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead content planning, storytelling, creative direction, and publishing across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X).
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee community engagement, customer interaction, and brand reputation management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance insights, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Identify trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep the brand ahead.
  • Guide and mentor junior social media team members.
  • Utilize real estate or logistics domain knowledge to create industry-relevant content, lead generation funnels, and market-specific campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or logistics.
  • Strong command of content strategy, performance analytics, and paid advertising tools.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytic platforms (Meta Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation workflows.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
