Senior Social Media Specialist

About The Role

We are hiring a Senior Social Media Specialist to develop and execute creative social media strategies, manage campaigns, and lead engagement across multiple platforms. If you have 4+ years of experience, strong analytics skills, and a passion for digital trends, join our team now!

Job Duties

  • Plan, develop, and deliver end-to-end social media strategies and content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, and publish engaging written, visual, and video content consistent with the brand voice and company goals.
  • Lead paid and organic social media campaigns, including audience targeting, ad copywriting, budget management, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Monitor platforms for trends, conversations, and opportunities; proactively engage with the online community to enhance reputation and customer loyalty.
  • Analyse performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, product, and commercial teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
  • Stay current with emerging social media, content, and digital marketing trends to keep Samir Group at the forefront of innovation.
  • Ensure all content complies with company policies, relevant regulations, and cultural sensitivities in KSA and the wider region.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, partners, digital agencies, and platform representatives to maximise brand opportunities.
  • Support brand reputation management, crisis communication, and customer care activities on social channels as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years’ professional experience in social media management and digital marketing, including paid campaigns and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, community management, audience growth techniques, and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Proven track record of building successful, data-driven social media campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Creative flair, attention to detail, and a passion for emerging digital culture and trends.
  • Experience in graphic design, photo/video editing, or using creative tools (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, etc.) is highly desirable.
