Senior Social Media Specialist
to join our Digital Channels team. You will be responsible for growing our presence across all major platforms, driving engagement, protecting brand reputation, and delivering measurable results through creative social media strategies.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of professional experience
in social media management, ideally in
healthcare, wellness, or agency environments
managing reputable brands.

Deep understanding of
social media algorithms, trends, and content performance metrics.

Previous experience with
regulated industries (especially healthcare)
and familiarity with
advertising ethics and compliance guidelines.

Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

Hands-on experience with tools such as
Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creative Center, YouTube Studio, Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar platforms.

Experience managing multi-language or regional content is a plus.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social insights and convert them into actionable strategies.

Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent in
Turkish and English.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Develop, manage, and implement
social media strategies

Create and oversee engaging, trend-driven content for
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook,
tailored for each platform’s unique audience.

Closely monitor
social media trends, viral formats, influencer dynamics, and algorithm updates
to ensure timely and creative brand storytelling.

Plan and execute
always-on and campaign-based social media calendars
in coordination with creative, performance, and medical communication teams.

Ensure all content complies with
healthcare communication ethics and advertising regulations
in Turkey and international markets.

Collaborate with medical experts and creative teams to transform complex medical topics into
accessible, credible, and engaging narratives.

Measure and report on content performance (reach, engagement, retention, conversion), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Supervise community management, respond to feedback in line with brand tone, and maintain high-level social media reputation management.

Utilize
AI and automation tools
for social media scheduling, listening, and performance analysis.

Stay up to date with
emerging formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Live, UGC)
and new platform features to constantly improve engagement.
