3+ years of experience in Epic Clarity and Caboodle data models.

5+ years of experience in ETL Development using SSIS.

5+ years of experience SQL & Database Management

2+ years of experience with Data Warehousing.

The Clarity/Caboodle Senior ETL developer will design, develop, and optimize data integration solutions for enterprise analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic Caboodle, Clarity, Databricks, Power BI, and Azure Cloud, with a focus on building efficient ETL processes and ensuring data quality across systems.

ETL Development

• Design and implement ETL processes for Epic Caboodle using SSIS or equivalent tools.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading from Epic Clarity to Caboodle.
• Validate ETL workflows and troubleshoot issues to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Data Modeling & Optimization

• Develop and maintain dimensional models aligned with Epic Caboodle architecture.
• Optimize ETL performance and database queries for large-scale healthcare data.

Collaboration

• Work closely with BI teams, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Document ETL processes, data dictionaries, and workflows.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and healthcare data security standards.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring.
