Senior Software Developer / Engineer / Project Manager – Temenos T24 Project

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end Temenos T24 implementation and upgrade projects. Customize, enhance, and maintain T24 modules (Core, Accounts, Loans, Deposits, Payments, and Treasury). Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure seamless system integration between T24, middleware, APIs, and third-party applications. Oversee project planning, timelines, testing, and deployment, ensuring delivery within scope and budget. Collaborate with QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure system stability and performance optimization. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. Knowledge of oracle database and infrastructure Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Temenos T24 (R18 or higher preferred). Strong knowledge of TAFJ, Java, jBASE, SQL, APIs, and system integration frameworks. Proven experience in customization, parameterization, and version upgrades of T24 modules. Experience leading project teams or implementation cycles within banking or fintech environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate between technical and business teams. Temenos certification (Developer, Technical, or Project Management stream) is an added advantage. Experience with Agile methodologies or banking digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
