Senior Software Developer (Hybrid)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to design and develop enterprise-level applications using BOA Framework and modern .NET technologies. You will play a key role in defining application architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance, and guiding development teams through best practices.

Responsibilities

Design and own application architecture using BOA Framework

Develop and maintain applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)

Define and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices

Review code and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams

Drive performance optimization, security, and maintainability

Mentor and guide developers and technical leads

Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies when appropriate

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience

Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)

Hands-on experience with BOA Framework (required)

Proven experience in software architecture and system design

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns

Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Strong communication and leadership skills
