This role will be responsible for building and enhancing business application. Collaborating on new team initiatives. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and supporting compelling, interactive applications that will solve key business problems. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and enhancement of our business applications.
Collaboration is an essential aspect of this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to new team initiatives. We value results and performance, and we expect you to bring a driven attitude with a strong sense of accountability. You should excel in providing innovative ideas, recommendations, and creative solutions to drive the progress of our sprint cycles.

Responsibilities
Lead the development, design, and implementation of business applications.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into scalable solutions.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development processes and tools.

Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Experience & Education
Masters/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

10+ years’ experience in software development using Salesforce, LWC, APEX, Connected apps security, security configurations

Excellent communication and demonstration skills.

Technical Skills & Competencies
Has strong experience with product development as software engineer and lead.

Strong in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Development.

Experience on JavaScript, LWC, Apex and Salesforce sfdx

Salesforce Integration experience SOAP and REST.

Proficiency with multi layered security model, user access and permission sets, authentication and audit trails

Should have experience on Agile using Scrum.

Good to be Salesforce certified pd1 and pd2.

Good to have exposure on GitHub CICD using actions.

Good to have knowledge on Azure logic app.
