Senior Software Engineer

As the technical lead, you will drive Identity and Access Management (IAM) automation using Python and cloud-native technologies. You'll lead design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring best practices and security standards are met. You will mentor a team, manage project lifecycles and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and development of IAM automation solutions using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Collaborate with system architects and stakeholders to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Drive implementation of IAM best practices across cloud and containerized environments.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to security standards.
• Own and manage the full lifecycle of IAM automation projects from concept to deployment.
• Integrate IAM solutions with AWS services and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in a software engineering or DevOps role, with at least 2+ years of leading others

• Demonstrate a track record of being accountable for technical projects with an understanding of how to make projects successful



• Have extensive experience in Python programming, particularly with Django framework and FastAPI
• Possess in-depth knowledge of AWS Cloud Services, including IAM, Lambda, S3, and Terraform, and ideally hold an AWS Certification such as Solutions Architect
• Be proficient in Docker and containerization technologies as well as Kubernetes, preferably EKS
• Have a strong understanding of system design and architecture collaboration
• Demonstrate technical leadership skills and experience in team management
• Have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
