Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize software solutions. This role requires a professional with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in shaping IMG Arotoma’s technology vision and delivering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality output.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into projects.
• Optimize system performance and ensure security compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
