Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software applications across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and continuous integration processes to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional software development experience with proven leadership capabilities.
• Strong expertise in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Proficient understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with cloud platforms and technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges.
