Job Purpose
The Senior Software Engineer – .NET & Web API is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies. The role involves building robust Web APIs, contributing to system architecture, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and .NET 5/6+.
- Build and optimize RESTful Web APIs for performance and scalability.
- Develop secure integrations with third-party services and external systems.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and related technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Optimize application and database performance.
- Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and relational databases.
- Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Ensure application security, compliance, and proper documentation.
Tools / Skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in .NET development.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and .NET 5/6+.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful Web APIs.
- Proficiency with Entity Framework and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with JWT, OAuth, and API security.
- Familiarity with third-party API integrations and payment gateways.
- Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
