Key Responsibilities

System Architecture Ownership
Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs. Ensure performance, reliability, and security across all applications.

End to End Development
Build features from concept to deployment, including backend services, frontend components when needed, and integration with third-party systems.

Code Quality and Best Practices
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.

Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver user-focused solutions.

Performance Optimization
Identify bottlenecks and improve system performance and scalability.

What We Are Looking For

Experience
5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in backend or full stack engineering.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in one or more languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with modern frameworks like React or Vue is a plus.

Architecture Knowledge
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based systems.

Problem Solving
Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver efficient solutions.

Mindset
You are pragmatic and results-driven. You know when to build for scale and when to move fast to deliver value.
