Job Description:
The Senior Software Support Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for software products within the organization. This role requires strong analytical, programming, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful resolution of software issues.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for software products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Perform functional testing and requirements analysis.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on software support status.
Identify and resolve software support issues and risks.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the software support team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience
Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software support or a related field.
Preferred: Experience in providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for software products.

Physical Requirements
Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
The Compensation range for this role is $110,000 -$130,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
