Technical Support Tech I

We are hiring for a leading global technology company known for its innovation in e-commerce, cloud computing, and digital services.


Role: Technical Support Technician I

Location: New Carlisle, IN (Onsite)

Duration: 6 months contract

Pay: $23–$26/hr (W2)

Shift: Wed–Sat, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (10 hrs)


Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Handle support requests via phone, email, and in-person
  • Document, track, and monitor issues to resolution
  • Follow standard processes and guidelines
  • Work under supervision

Basic Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of experience (entry-level)
  • Associate degree (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of basic IT concepts, systems, and troubleshooting
