What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor software engineering teams (backend, frontend, full-stack, and DevOps)
• Define and drive technical strategy, architecture, and engineering best practices
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability
• Manage sprint planning, delivery timelines, and technical roadmaps
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure engineering excellence

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in engineering leadership or management roles
• Strong experience with modern software architecture (cloud, microservices, APIs)
• Proficiency in technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, or similar
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
