Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with 8+ years of proven experience in manual and automated testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality software products. This role requires strong expertise in test planning, automation frameworks, performance testing, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Develop, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Ensure software quality standards and best practices are implemented.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Identify, log, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution.

- Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and tools.

- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience* in Software Quality Assurance.

- Strong expertise in both *manual and automated testing.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).

- Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).

- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation.

- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
