Job Summary:


We are looking for a Senior Software Sales to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and closing high-value software deals. The ideal candidate has strong experience in software sales, client acquisition, and market expansion, with a proven ability to translate technical solutions into business value.


This role works closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align client needs with scalable software solutions.




Key Responsibilities:


Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for software products/services

Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure

Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets

Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients, startups, and strategic partners

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and technical needs

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities

Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new software solutions

Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion

Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility

Translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions

Provide client feedback to product and delivery teams




Required Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

3 - 5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in HR systems, SaaS, or E-Commerce solutions.

Strong understanding of software development, digital solutions, or cloud technologies.

Proven track record of closing mid to large-scale B2B deals.

Experience selling to Egyptian enterprises; regional & GCC market.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.

Proficiency in CRM systems.

Very good in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is a MUST
