Job Overview:

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing suppliers or candidates to meet business needs. They develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for goods and services.
• Negotiation: Secure cost-effective deals and favorable contract terms.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends and supplier capabilities.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to forecast supply needs.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Any Degree
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (FSSAI, Kosher, organic certifications for food sourcing).
