What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Occupational Safety who will work for Manisa Plants.

• Making sure that OHS legislation rules are followed; corporate health and safety rules are applied within the plant accordingly,
• Providing support to internal and external audits about health and safety management,
• Providing related directions to the employees and related departments regarding health and safety precautions,
• Giving legal Occupational Health and Safety training for existing employees and new hires,
• Conducting OHS Risk Assessment studies,
• Making Occupational Accident analyses,
• Preparing related reports and documents for central OHS team

The position is located in Manisa.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering departments (preferably mechanical or electrical,) or related fields of universities,
• At least min. 5+ years’ experience in Occupational Health and Safety areas of production companies
• Having C or B Class Occupational Health and Safety Expert License,
• Having knowledge of the national legislation on Occupational Health and Safety
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Being open to communications always our priority.
