Senior Specialist - Administration

As our Senior Specialist - Administration, you will be the central pillar for our administrative functions. Your core mission will be to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality support services, enabling smooth business operations and fostering a professional, productive work environment for all our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be entrusted with a wide range of critical tasks, including:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily administration, office support functions, and optimize office space allocation to meet our evolving needs.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and superior service quality.
  • Event & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate seamless logistics for employees, visitors, and corporate events, including travel bookings and accommodations.
  • Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies and procedures to elevate our service standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in preparing budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing effective cost-control measures.
  • Leadership: Supervise support staff, handle escalated issues, and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional administrative services.

Who We Are Looking For (Core Competencies):

  • Proven experience in office administration, procurement, and support services.
  • Strong expertise in vendor and contract management.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to manage budgets, prepare reports, and ensure policy compliance.
