Senior Specialist, E-Commerce

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior E-Commerce Specialist with a strong background in the poultry industry to drive our digital sales and online customer engagement. This role will focus on growing online sales channels, managing digital platforms, and optimizing the user experience to support the company’s poultry product lines (e.g., fresh/frozen poultry, hatching eggs, feed, or related products).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to grow online sales for poultry products and services.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s online platforms (website, mobile app, B2B portals, and marketplaces).
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to plan product listings, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and digital KPIs to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Ensure an excellent user experience (UX) across all digital touchpoints.
  • Oversee digital content related to poultry offerings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
  • Coordinate with IT or third-party developers to maintain and enhance e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the poultry and agribusiness sectors.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints escalated from the digital channels, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Support inventory planning and logistics integration to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Recommend and execute digital tools and automation to improve business efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the food, agriculture, or poultry industry.
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Familiarity with poultry product types, customer segments (B2B, B2C), and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital campaign management is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
