Senior Specialist Engineer - Cooling

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to design greener products
• Responsible for all activities related to design & development work for New Products
• Responsible for all activities related to design & development work for New Variants
• Ensures & recommend all Engineering Change Orders
• Identification, planning, estimation, monitoring & implementation of cost reduction activities
• SCR reduction through design improvement
• Ensures to updates bills of material (BOM)
• Quality Enhancement & Productivity Improvement through Design improvement
• Review and verify the manufacturing processes and product improvement
• Ensure all engineering documents are complete, current & stored appropriately
• Motivate team to work together in the most efficient way
• Ensure to implement 7S standards in the department
• Perform any tasks assigned by departmental head/Management

Requirements:

• Relevant B.E. - Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
