We are looking for a Mechanical Production Engineer to join Washing Machine Production Management.

What awaits you in this role?

• Responsible from mechanic production and mold shop
• Organize the necessary design changes, necessary spare parts to keep molds, machines, and equipment in good/ready condition to run.
• Make improvement studies to reduce production losses caused by the line, machine, and automation.
• Contribute to various improvement projects and supply technical support at new investments.
• Track and improve maintenance KPIs, and realize periodical maintenance activities on time.
• Define predictive maintenance, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Decide, prioritize, and implement the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machine's original state
• Lead the WCM PM activities on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines
• Manage to optimize maintenance costs, including spare parts inventory
• Experienced in process capability analysis & statistical control analysis
• Experience in maintenance, repair and installation of new and existing press as well as safety of the job to be done.
• Has a common sense of sustainability and is capable of carrying out energy efficiency projects;
• Ensures the preventive control of equipment and installations and guarantees the urgent repair of those that do not correspond technically, technologically the requirements and/or have a low reliability;
• Provides technical documentation for equipment maintenance and repair.
• Following and managing the milestones and KPIs
• Preferably experienced in data analysis and machine learning, manufacturing execution systems,
• Identifying/improving the most suitable process technology for in-house production and suppliers at new projects.
• Preparation and determination of technical specifications for the projects.

Position is located in Manisa.

How we describe the perfect fit?

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanical engineer.
• Strong knowledge of 3D CAD modelling (Siemens Nx etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
• Able to understand and analyze hydraulic and pneumatic drawings.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical presses.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal molds and sheet metal process.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical components such as bearings, chains, gearboxes, belts, linear equipment, transfer arms, etc.
• Good knowledge and experience in utilities processes and substructure.
• Good knowledge of energy management, energy management certificate is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Capable to train and supervise young engineers and technicians
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result-oriented.
• Very good communication and coordination skills.
• Open to innovative culture.
