What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist Engineer – R&D (Electronic Design – Power Electronics) who will join our team at Dryer Plant.

• Participate in R&D projects for developing new products,
• Develop, implement, and validate embedded software for PMSM motor and compressor control on microcontroller-based inverter driver boards
• Design and optimize control algorithms (FOC, speed/torque control, etc.)
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to support board bring-up and debugging
• Conduct simulations and real-time testing using tools like MATLAB/Simulink or similar
• Evaluating of designs, documents, standards, algorithms, and technologies,
• Performing source code and algorithm analysis,
• Coordinating test activities and results with development teams,
• Following/learning and developing related tests standards,
• Planning laboratory activities for product approvals,
• Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions.

The position is located in Çerkezköy,Tekirdağ.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electric - Electronic Engineering or Electronic Communication Engineering Departments,
• Having strong knowledge in research, design and development of inverter-based power electronics solutions e.g. PMSM motor drivers/inverter compressor drivers,
• Having knowledge of analog and digital signal condition circuit design,
• Having strong knowledge of theory and at least fundamental practical experience in the design and development of power electronics circuits or systems,
• Knowledge of C, C++ programming languages,
• Knowledge of embedded systems,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
• Having a desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
