Senior Specialist Indirect Purchasing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing for indirect categories (marketing, HR, customer service, , facilities, IT, corporate spend).
• Manage marketing procurement, including agencies, media buying, production houses, events, and promotional materials.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings initiatives.
• Review technical specifications and align procurement decisions with engineering requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Conduct spend analysis and identify strategic sourcing opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial preferred).
• 4-6 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, ideally in a manufacturing setup .
• Mandatory experience in Marketing Procurement .
• Strong technical understanding of engineering services and MRO materials.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and strong analytical skills.
