Senior Specialist - Operational Readiness

As a Senior Specialist in Operational Readiness at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that operational processes are ready to support the ambitious plans for the development of an innovative entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with various teams to establish effective operational strategies, ensuring that all areas are prepared for successful execution.

Your expertise will be vital in assessing operational capabilities, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions to enhance overall readiness. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align operational standards with the company's vision while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze operational readiness across departments, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
  • Develop and implement operational plans that align with project timelines and objectives.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure success in the execution of operational strategies.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of operational readiness initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to synchronize efforts and drive alignment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all operational readiness communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and quality.
  • Experience in the entertainment, real estate, or hospitality sectors is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with risk management practices and operational excellence frameworks.
