Job Title: Senior Specialist – Performance Management

Department: Human Resources

Job Summary:

The Senior Specialist – Performance Management will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing performance management processes to drive employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. This role will collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to ensure alignment with company goals and foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Collaborate with line managers and HR Business Partners to ensure consistent application of performance management policies and practices.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance evaluation techniques, feedback delivery, and development planning.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement and share insights with leadership.
  • Support the design and rollout of performance-related programs such as talent reviews, calibration sessions, and recognition initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of performance management tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation related to performance management.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to integrate performance outcomes with employee development plans.
  • Manage communications related to performance management and lead training sessions as needed.
  • Support change management initiatives related to performance management enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS and performance management software/tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
