The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro business customers in managing their finances, through expert advice and the provision of a full suite of specialist products and services in conventional and Shari'ah compliant banking. Key Responsibilities

• Product Support and Development - Assist in the design, enhancement and implementation of wealth products ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs and regulatory requirements
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting - Track and analyze product performance KPIs and prepare regular reports to support decision making and continuous improvement
• Customer Communication and Campaigns - Develop and maintain product collaterals, term sheets and campaign materials to support customer engagement and acquisition
• Market Research and Benchmarking - Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
• Regulatory and Risk Compliance - Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies by supporting audits, documentation and process updates
• Digital and System Enhancements - Support the implementation of digital tools and system enhancements to improve product delivery and customer experience
• Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
• Self Management - Manage self in line with the Bank's people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance
• Customer Service - Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank's required levels of service in all external customer interactions

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in banking or a financial institution
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Economics
• CFA preferable for Investment Products role
• Customer communication and marketing experience
• Regulatory and compliance awareness
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) proficiency

• Competitive Salary : The indicative pay range for this role is AED 15,000-AED 34,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
