Seeking a Senior specialist with expertise in React and strong leadership skills to drive innovative Java React projects
Job Description
Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using React within the Java React technology stack Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and ship new features Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications Mentor and guide development teams to adopt best practices in React and Java development Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology strategy Drive code quality through rigorous code reviews and automated testing Manage complex technical challenges and provide solutions aligned with business goals
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple project teams ensuring timely delivery and quality output Act as a technical authority and advisor for React and Java technologies within the organization Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and frameworks Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among team members Oversee project planning resource allocation and risk management Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units Ensure adherence to coding standards security policies and compliance requirements
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
