The Senior Specialist - Technology Procurement at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement processes related to technology products and services. This role supports the company’s mission to establish a premier entertainment and cultural destination by ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of technology solutions. The specialist collaborates closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver the best value and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end technology procurement processes including vendor selection, RFPs, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with technology suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.

Monitor vendor performance and manage risk associated with technology procurement.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging technology trends.

Prepare procurement reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in technology procurement or related procurement roles.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor negotiations.

Proficiency with procurement software systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and identify cost-effective procurement solutions.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and business environment is preferred.
