Raya Trade; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Specialist (Trade Marketing).

What will you do?

• Develop and execute channel-specific marketing plans aligned with sales and revenue targets, in close collaboration with commercial teams.
• Lead in-store marketing execution, including campaigns, retail activations, and deployment of POSM, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards.
• Manage visibility and POSM lifecycle across stores, coordinating with vendors and documenting performance through audits and field visits.
• Drive retail engagement through activations, events, and strong relationships with store staff to enhance brand advocacy.
• Conduct regular retail audits to ensure brand consistency, identify gaps, and recommend improvements based on competitor and in-store insights.
• Oversee budget allocation and performance tracking, integrating digital efforts and reporting on KPIs to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness.

What will you need?

Technical Skills:

• 4–5 years of experience in retail/channel marketing, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of retail environments (OR, IR), shopper behavior, and omnichannel marketing.

Interpersonal Skills:
