Job Purpose:

To design and enhance user experiences across digital platforms by creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces that align with the organization’s business objectives and design standards. The role focuses on transforming user needs into seamless, functional, and visually engaging digital solutions through research, prototyping, testing, and collaboration with development and product teams.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns.
• Translate business and user requirements into interactive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure brand and visual consistency.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, software developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Apply UX best practices, accessibility principles, and responsive design techniques across web and mobile platforms.
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve design quality and user satisfaction.
• Present design concepts and user journey flows to stakeholders and leadership for review and approval.
• Stay updated on emerging design tools, technologies, and trends to drive innovation and modernize the user experience.
• Ensure alignment of UI/UX standards with organizational digital transformation and cybersecurity guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
