Position Title: Senior Store Keeper Cum Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Senior Store Keeper Cum Accountant to manage store inventory operations while maintaining accurate financial and accounting records related to stock and procurement. The ideal candidate will ensure proper inventory control, documentation, and financial transparency.
Key Responsibilities / Job Description:

· Maintain accurate inventory records including stock receipts, issues, and balances.

· Supervise store operations, ensuring proper storage, handling, and organization of materials.

· Record and monitor stock transactions in computerized systems.

· Coordinate with procurement and finance departments regarding purchases, deliveries, and payments.

· Prepare stock reports, inventory statements, and reconciliation reports regularly.

· Maintain accounting records related to store purchases, expenses, and stock valuation.

· Conduct periodic stock verification and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

· Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial procedures.

· Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and notify management for replenishment.

· Maintain proper documentation of invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and vouchers.
Minimum Qualification:

· Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in store management and accounting.
Required Skills:

· Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting or inventory software.

· Ability to work independently.

· Good communication and reporting skills.
