Senior Strategy Consultant

The Senior Strategy Consultant will support and lead strategic initiatives, advise senior stakeholders, and help translate business goals into executable plans. The role typically combines strategy development, project oversight, stakeholder management, and performance reporting.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead or support project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and outcomes are met.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Build governance structures, dashboards, and reporting packs for leadership.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external clients.
  • Analyze data and prepare presentations, often using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Typical requirements

  • Around 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or transformation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with strategic frameworks, governance, and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Arabic can be an advantage in some roles.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: QAR70.00 - QAR100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
