Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Structural BIM Modeler – Civil to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and coordinated structural models using Revit and AutoCAD, supporting civil and structural engineering teams in the design and documentation of various building and infrastructure projects.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of civil and structural systems, modeling standards, and BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for structural and civil elements using Revit.
• Create, modify, and update 2D drawings and details in AutoCAD.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, MEP, and other discipline models to ensure clash-free designs.
• Assist engineers in preparing structural design documentation, including plans, sections, and schedules.
• Follow BIM execution plans, standards, and naming conventions.
• Support model reviews, quality checks, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generate quantity take-offs and support project documentation using MS Office tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other modelers to ensure design intent is met.
• Participate in internal coordination meetings and contribute to BIM process improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeler or similar role.
• Proficient in Revit Structure and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Solid understanding of civil/structural engineering principles and detailing.
• Experience working on building or infrastructure projects (commercial, residential, or industrial).
