Senior Structural Detailer

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models of structural steel components using Tekla Structures.
• Generate accurate shop drawings, erection drawings, fabrication drawings and material lists.
• Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings to create complete detailing packages.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and fabricators to resolve design and detailing issues.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts before fabrication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel detailing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Tekla Structures.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with AISC standards and detailing practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience working on Oil and gas, commercial or industrial structural projects.
