Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assessing structural integrity, designing safe and efficient demolition strategies, and providing engineering expertise across various projects.

This role requires both field and office work, including structural evaluations, preparing technical reports, developing demolition plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structural assessments and load calculations for buildings and infrastructure prior to demolition or modification.
• Analyze structural failures or risks and propose engineering solutions.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, safety officers, and field teams to ensure structural plans are implemented correctly and safely.
• Perform site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to structural design and safety requirements.
• Work closely with environmental and salvage teams to identify reusable materials and integrate sustainability into structural strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
