Senior Structural Engineer

Ain Consulting Engineers (ACE) is currently seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Egypt.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the structural design scope, ensuring quality, integrity, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with subconsultants, architectural, MEP, and infrastructure teams to integrate structural design seamlessly.
• Review and approve structural drawings, calculation reports, and design deliverables.
• Transmit all design deliverables to the Abu Dhabi main office for final review and client submission.
• Represent the structural discipline in design review meetings, coordination workshops, and authority submissions.
• Facilitate communication and resolve technical issues between the client and design teams.
• Monitor design progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to meet project milestones.
• Ensure all structural design activities align with local regulations, international standards, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 08–12 years of structural engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards (international and local).
• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary design projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review and approve complex structural design deliverables. Familiarity with structural software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, RAM, or similar) and BIM coordination.
• Experience in managing deliverable submission workflows between branch offices and main offices.
• Experience in managing subconsultants, multi-discipline coordination, and cross-office deliverable submission processes.
