Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our growing engineering consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in structural analysis and design of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with hands-on experience using ETABS and SAFE.

This is a purely design-office-based role focused on structural design, analysis, coordination, and technical delivery.
Site Engineers and site supervision professionals are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures.
• Prepare structural design calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
• Develop and review structural models using ETABS and foundation/slab designs using SAFE.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and other disciplines.
• Ensure designs comply with UAE codes, international standards, and authority requirements.
• Review shop drawings and technical submissions where required.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and drafting teams.
• Attend technical coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 7–10 years of structural design experience in consultancy.
• Strong proficiency in:
• ETABS
• SAFE
• AutoCAD
• Familiarity with STAAD, Revit, or SAP2000 is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of RCC and steel design principles.
• Experience in UAE/GCC projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of local authority requirements and international design codes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
