The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with solid experience in high-rise concrete structures to join our Structure Department.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare structural drawings and identify discrepancies, proposing effective solutions in coordination with the architecture and electromechanical teams.
• Supervise and monitor subcontractors’ work progress, productivity, and quality of materials used.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and promote a culture of safety across all project sites.
• Coordination with client on weekly base to align on progress and receive requests and modifications
• Prepare and submit technical and progress reports to management.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in structural construction, preferably in high-rise buildings.
• Strong understanding of American standards (ACI 318, ASCE 7).
• Proficiency in Revit, SAP, ETABS, and SAFE.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
