NIPS Institute of Hotel management, Kolkata inviting application for the post of Senior Student Mobilizer and Admission Manager

JOB ROLE:

To visit towns and develop partnerships with local education agents, schools, and tuition centers for student mobilization and admissions.
To call, counsel, and follow up with potential students and leads received from various sources.
To arrange meetings with parents, students, and education consultants at their offices, homes, or institutions to explain the admission process, course details, and career benefits offered by the institute.
To focus on achieving admission targets and increasing the overall student intake of the organization.
To provide clear information on available courses, admission schedules, seat availability, and the key advantages of studying with the institution.
To discuss and negotiate course fees, scholarships, and offers within the approved organization guidelines to reach mutually beneficial admissions.
To survey and analyze current market trends, including popular courses, fee structures, and student preferences, to strengthen recruitment strategies.
To set and achieve monthly and yearly admission goals while continuously improving mobilization methods.
To generate leads, maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and enrollments, and prepare regular progress and performance reports for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
