Senior Supervisor

The Senior Supervisor will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety and design standards. The role requires leadership, strong technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing teams and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure construction work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and work logs.
• Coordinate with the project manager and provide on-ground insights for smooth execution.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and labor management.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
