Senior Supervisor

We’re Hiring: Sr. Supervisor

Location: Dammam, KSA

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Supervisor – Soft Services to oversee and manage all soft facility management operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction across the facility while leading teams and optimizing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily soft service operations including housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, and pest control.

· Lead, train, and motivate a team of supervisors, cleaners, and support staff.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality.

· Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and service improvements.

· Manage manpower planning, attendance, and shift allocations.

· Handle client communication and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of cleaning materials and equipment.

· Prepare reports on performance, incidents, and operational metrics.

· Address complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

· Minimum 5–8 years of experience in soft services or facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment.

· Familiarity with health & safety regulations.

· Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
