Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support the team in maintaining high standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage both staff and service flow effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the service team during operations.
• Ensure guests receive excellent service and handle any complaints promptly.
• Train, guide, and motivate waiters, hosts, and support staff.
• Monitor floor cleanliness, table setup, and overall dining atmosphere.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in staff scheduling and daily briefings.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager and provide updates on operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or Senior Waiter in F&B.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
