Senior Supervisor – Production

Job Description

The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Controlling key parameters like rejections, spillage, EFM %, productivity
• Monitoring and Controlling process parameters as per process setting chart.
• Follow safe work practices, Using safeguards and personal protective equipment
• Preparing shift wise production report, down time report and pre foaming report
• Rejection analysis and taking corrective actions on it
• Generation and Implementation of Ideas for improvement and Cost control activities
• Active involvement in 5S, TQM/KAIZEN activities / QMS / EOHS Management System
• Co-ordinate and Implementation of Policies, rules & regulation, Procedures, Work Instructions, Operational Control Procedure and related forms; update the relevant records with respect to ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 Management Systems & customer requirements.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Expertise in Production Engineering and manufacturing operations
• Experience in Plastics manufacturing preferably, Injection Moulding
• TQM
• Machine Operations
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving skills
• ERP and IoT fluency

Preferred Experience:

Candidates from Rotational Moulding Products manufacturing Industry like Fuel tanks, Water tanks, Chemical Spray tanks, Automobile products will be preferred
