We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Supply Chain Executive to lead our procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, logistics, and vendor management within the food and beverage or hospitality industry. You will be responsible for optimizing supply chain performance, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality ingredients, packaging, and equipment.
  • Source and expand the supplier database while maintaining an up-to-date list in the ERP system for accurate reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply and favorable contractual terms.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts and payment terms, and secure cost-effective deals.
  • Prepare supplier analysis and comparison reports as per company SOPs.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and alternative sourcing.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Implement systems to control stock levels, reduce waste, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, Executive Chefs, and Storekeepers to fulfill operational needs.
  • Work with the Logistics team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries across all locations.
  • Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Address and resolve supplier or logistics challenges causing delays or shortages.
  • Follow up on pending LPOs for timely delivery.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials to maintain quality.
  • Conduct regular audits of suppliers, warehouses, and delivery processes.
  • Manage contract renewals internally and externally.
  • Maintain and verify item, price, and consumption information in POS systems.
  • Track and report KPIs such as cost efficiency, delivery times, and supplier performance.
  • Generate detailed management reports and conduct cost analyses.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend supply chain improvements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Creative & Customer Care, People & Culture, Assets, and Operations teams.
  • Lead initiatives to implement new technologies or process enhancements.
  • Drive strategies to streamline supply chain operations and reduce costs.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing eco-friendly materials and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Handle all sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and POS systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality sector is an advantage.
